STUFF ETC® AND CONSIGNOR AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF CONSIGNMENT:

  1. Consignor will receive 40% of the final sale price as listed on their account.
  2. A one-time fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your account.
  3. Stuff Etc® accepts consignments by appointment Monday thru Saturday. A limit of 2 medium sized bags or 2 medium sized boxes per day. Furniture does not need an appointment and is accepted 7 days a week.
  4. Unaccepted items will be returned to consignors who have appointments. Items will be available for pickup 10 minutes prior to closing on the day of consignor's appointment.
  5. Stuff Etc® will accept items on a seasonal basis.
  6. Stuff Etc® will not sort bags/boxes whose items contain garage sale stickers.
  7. Consignors are responsible in providing the correct consignor number. Consignors will have a different account number at each Stuff Etc® store.
  8. Stuff Etc® reserves the right to donate any item at anytime that is not saleable without notifying the consignor.
  9. Consignor's items will be priced at the discretion of Stuff Etc®.
  10. Consignors are responsible to ensure that all items brought in have not been recalled by the Federal Government.
  11. Consignors items will be reduced in price for the following reasons:
    1. Store Specials
    2. Standard markdowns, 60 days 50% off, 90 days 80% off.
    3. After 120 days items become property of Stuff Etc®.
  12. Consignor may buy back any unsold item on their account for 10% of the original price.
  13. Stuff Etc® reserves the right to charge a disposal fee for unsaleable items left in our store.
  14. Only names listed on consignor's accounts can pick up money. Persons collecting money must have a photo id.
  15. Stuff Etc® is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed items. Reasonable care will be taken to prevent such losses.
